Visible Green Home® VIRTUAL ON-DEMAND
Timberhill Project – the 'Gabriela’s Greenvilla' Tour
The Homes of the Future - Today™
Visible Green Home® Tour is very excited to present this virtual “on-demand” tour of the Timberhill Project – ‘Gabriela’s Greenvilla’. This new home construction project in Manchester, Michigan has been certified as a PHIUS+2018 PASSIVE HOUSE
A PHIUS+2018 Passive House is a home that meets the rigorous requirements of the Passive House Institute of the United States energy efficiency standards in terms of both annual and peak heating and cooling energy use as well as overall energy consumption. This yields a home that uses 80% - 90% less energy than a conventional home.
This all virtual experience will be conducted in a unique manner. The format is similar to our in-person events and walks you through the home while still in the construction phase with a collection of narrated, mini-presentation, video tutorials of the key components of the project. You will now be able to view the educational narrated segments of the tour as many times as you’d like. Additionally, you will also be able to virtually navigate through the entire home both at two points in the construction stage as well as a completed project… all from the comfort of your own device, all at whenever time you’d like!
Looking forward to sharing this VIRTUAL ON-DEMAND tour with you!
