Featured in Sarah Susanka’s  Not So Big® Remodeling book, we are expert at tasteful designs which are space and resource efficient. As Michigan’s leading Green residential design firm, we are responsible for the design of Michigan's first three USGBC LEED for Homes® Platinum level remodels; Southeast Michigan's first two NAHB National Green Building Standards® Emerald level remodels; South East Michigan's first Michigan GreenStar® Emerald level remodel, Michigan’s first Pre-Certified PHIUS+2015 and and PHIUS+2018 Passive Houses, and now, the world’s second and the Midwest's first residential project to achieve full Living Building Challenge® certification.
