Kevin McNeely founded the McNeely Building Group with the belief that everyone deserves a comfortable, efficient and healthy home to live in.
Through extensive education and research, it was determined the best way to accomplish this was through unbiased, 3rd party testing, inspection and certification of the home through the LEED Certification program developed by the US Green Building Council, along with other similar building certification programs. This helps guide the homeowners, architects and builders with the decisions needed to be made during the construction process.
Kevin is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the US Green Building Council – Detroit Region, Chair of the LEED for Homes Committee and has works with multiple regional organizations to advance the knowledge of efficient, sustainable and healthy buildings.
